Across fifteen guides, you'll explore five interconnected subjects that translate to lived experience. Together, these topics provide a practical foundation for understanding how daily habits influence energy, resilience, appearance, and overall well-being.

As a participant in the Founding Member Series, you'll also receive the opportunity to secure a special founding member rate when the TRS Member Space officially launches to the public (late summer 2026).

The Founding Member Series is not intended to be a program overhaul. Instead, it offers a structured opportunity to move through The Method alongside others, reflect on what resonates, and identify the practices most supportive to you.

My aim is to leave you with greater clarity around how to direct your attention and implement healthy habits for a more embodied connection to self and life.

This is for those who have spent enough time collecting information and are ready to cultivate discernment.

If you’ve been searching to better understand your body's patterns, adapt to the realities of daily life, and build greater confidence in yourself, I invite you in kindly.

  • Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week, including reading and the live discussion. The material is self-paced, and participants are encouraged to engage in a way that feels realistic and sustainable alongside existing responsibilities.

  • There is no falling behind. The Method is designed to be revisited over time, and each participant will naturally engage with different sections more deeply than others. The goal is not completion, but meaningful engagement.

    All sessions will be recorded and shared with participants. While live attendance is encouraged, you're welcome to move through the series in a way that fits your schedule.

  • That is up to you and the work itself.

    The intention is not to overhaul your life, but to strengthen your understanding of what is already working, identify areas that may benefit from more attention, and build from there.

  • Each call begins with a short reflection on the week's material before opening into discussion, questions, observations, and practical application. The emphasis is less on lectures and more on helping participants connect the material to their own experience.

  • The Founding Member Series serves as an introduction to both The Method and the broader TRS ecosystem. Following the series, participants will have the opportunity to become founding members of the TRS Member Space at a preferred monthly subscription rate.
