Touch is my innate gift and the rest I learned

MY STORY

I opened a massage business in my room when I was five, fueled by an early perception of tactile empathy and a desire to make others feel good. Around the same time, I began regularly taking long baths infused with my mom’s essential oils and whatever else I could reach on the counter while enjoying Celine Dion’s album A New Day Has Come on the boombox. The concept of taking care of yourself has always made perfect sense to me.

I grew up with a forward-facing personality and the hobbies to match— dancing, singing, acting, modeling. But when I developed severe acne as a preteen, my whole demeanor found new shape. I spent hours in hiding or covering up just to go to ballet class. You learn to cope in ways you’d never expect when you don’t feel right in your body. For about a decade, I explored what felt like all the routes available to me—from homeopathy and juice cleanses to harsh prescription drugs and atomic bomb-esque skincare—yet it persisted, only growing worse with each new angle I explored. It led me to wonder: why is treating a such a common condition so confusing and fragmented?

At the time I didn’t know exactly how I’d bridge the gap between our inner world and outward appearance, but I knew I wanted to. Directly following high school, I became a licensed Esthetician, started working in the field, moved to San Francisco, and began studying to become a Certified Nutrition Consultant.

Working hands-on with clients while learning how the body and skin work together, I became obsessed with uncovering how to make that knowledge feel simple and useful. During that process, I discovered the power of life coaching first hand which sparked a realization that many of the health programs out there fall flat because they lack the key component of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which takes into consideration how our thoughts, habits, and learned coping mechanisms shape our life and overall health. None of us are random— we all do (or don’t do) things for a reason. Unearthing and better understanding those reasons is often the key ingredient for sustained results.

This led me to develop my own skills as a coach, ultimately creating a new kind of service: one that blends science-backed diet and lifestyle guidance, topical skin treatments, and powerful mindset work to help people feel truly confident— both on the surface and within the deeper workings of their lives.

Strong body – Vibrant skin – Clear mind

This phrase came to me while thinking about what my fundamental goal for each client I work with is. It’s not a static picture of crossing an imaginary finish line but instead a state of being that is ever more embodied and true than the one that came before.

Behind most appearance-based goals is a deeper desire for full-spectrum confidence, the kind that comes from looking good and knowing how to meet your own needs. I help clients make that connection by using the method I created that blends education, action, and personalization for comprehensive support.

In a world of contradicting advice and constant noise, my aim is to bring clarity. To soften the overwhelm and bolster lasting transformation. I'm honored to share my story with you, as there’s more coming down the line and I hope you’ll keep following along.
